Pray With Your Spouse…

THE PASTOR WHO TAUGHT THE MARRIED ABOUT PRAYER Bukari and his wife don’t sit next to each other during Church services. Even when going to Church services, they go in different vehicles; and when they travel in the same car, it is usually a very quiet and uncomfortable ride. Bukari sat at his usual spot in the Church service; the fourth line on the far left row. His wife sat on the center row. The Pastor took to the podium. “Husbands, stop wasting your time praying” the Pastor began. The congregants got alarmed. No one expects to hear a pastor saying prayer is a waste of time. “I am not here to discourage you to pray. I am here to encourage you to pray right. Husbands, stop wasting your time praying if you are not treating your wife well. The Word says that when you treat your wife badly, it hinders your prayers. Men, you claim to be prayerful.
You come to church driving your expensive cars, giving your offertory and tithes, active in Church, some of you are Church leaders; but how are you treating your wife? You may look good to us Church members, but it is your wife and children that know who you truly are” said the Pastor. Bukari turned to face his wife. She looked at him. Bukari could see her eyes. Her left eye swollen from the blow he gave her last week when she confronted him about his alcoholism, pornography use and mischievous behavior. People couldn’t tell she had a black eye because of the make up she had on, so well done. The Pastor continued, “People have perfected the art of cover up. Here in Church, so many are hurting but you wouldn’t know. People come here wearing their nice clothes, shiny smiles, they are active in ministry but hurting a lot in their marriage. We have become numb and plastic, brushing things under the carpet. But today we shall heal; we shall address those wounds we hide” The Pastor cleared his throat and continued, “Many of those who are hurting their spouse are using the church to hide. They think that because they give offertory and tithe, because they make public prayers, because they stand in front to read the Word or because they hold a Church leadership position that they are right with God. God is interested in what you do in your marriage and in your family. Your first ministry is your home. Stop trying to blackmail God with your service in Church yet you are mean and hurtful towards your spouse” Many of the members of the congregation got restless and unsettled. The Pastor continued, “Many of those who are being hurt by their spouse hide their pain and want to project an image that all is well to validate that they are blessed and in control. Some of you are active in Church to run away from the pain in your marriage”
The congregation was silent. Some straightening their ties, others fidgeting with their Bibles, adjusting their sitting position. This pastor was preaching truth and it was uncomfortable. The Pastor continued, “The husbands are not the only ones guilty. Wives, don’t you know the Word says when your husband found you he found good and you bring favour? Then why are you the source of your husband’s headache and stress? Have you been so toxic that you have turned your prayerful husband into a prayerless one? Do you make him regret marrying you because you bring more complications than he had before marrying you? How you treat your husband can be a stumbling block in his walk with God or an environment that encourages growth. Many of you married your husband primarily because of his relationship with God, why are you now destroying his relationship with God instead of celebrating and nurturing it? Why are you being a burden to your husband emotionally, spiritually, socially, sexually and financially instead of being one who brings favour?” Bukari’s wife looked at Bukari. Bukari looked at her, she looked away. The Pastor paused to drink his glass of water. The Pastor continued, “When I am thirsty, I drink a glass of water. When your spouse gets thirsty, will you allow God to use you to bless your spouse? You’ve been told many sermons that focus on you as an individual, that God will make you prosper as an individual. I am here to tell you your blessings are tied to people, you are blessed to be a blessing to others. Our God is not an individualistic God. Your blessing is tied to your marriage, your family. It’s not about you, you, you; it is about Jesus and Jesus is about love. What good is it to prosper and be successful when you have no love? It is all vanity. God cares about your family, how you treat your spouse and children” Silence. “Yes, we pray. But what kind of prayers does your spouse pray because of you? When your spouse prays, is it largely to cry to God because of the hurt you bring? Is it to plead with God to change you from the monster you’ve become? Is it to plead for grace to deal with how difficult you are? Or is to give thanks for you?” Silence. “Are you really prayerful? Do you really value prayer? Then why is it that many of you find it easy to come to us pastors for us to pray with you as an individual, you find it is easy to pray in public in a Church service or Bible study, but find it so hard to pray with your spouse? Isn’t that telling of what is going on in your marriage? Don’t you know that the more you pray with your spouse the stronger your marriage will be? But how can you find it easy to pray with a spouse you hurt or who hurts you?” The Pastor paused and looked at the congregation. Eyes staring at him. “I challenge you. I challenge you to pray with your spouse and to treat your spouse well. Husbands, you are the head of the home. I challenge you to stand up and go to where your wife is and pray with her as a start of a more prayerful chapter in your marriage. Don’t do it because I asked you to but because you want to. Your choice” One by one, the husbands present stood up. Bukari stood up too. Bukari walked to where his wife was.
The face of Bukari’s wife overwhelmed with love, she looked on as her husband walked to her. She almost stood up but he gave hand gestures at her to stay seated. Bukari reached where she sat. Their eyes met. Bukari knelt down. He stared at her then kissed her swollen left eye. “I am sorry” he said. “Can I pray with you?” He asked. She got up from her seat and knelt down too. There, on the floor as the Church service was still ongoing, husbands prayed with their wives. Bukari prayed kneeling with his wife. They prayed for forgiveness, for thanksgiving, for love, for renewal, for peace, for direction; for their marriage. Marriages were healed. please share.

Wedding or Marriage!!!

I love this analogy… “MARRIAGE is like a shoe. When you wear oversize, be ready to drag it along through out life, and when you wear under-size be ready to feel the pains through out life”. One thing about marriage is that you don’t drop your shoe or remove it at any point, no matter how painful or how stressful it is. That is why I thought it necessary to write you this letter. Dear Singles, When you are ready to buy your own shoe please take note of these three things: PHYSICAL APPEARANCE :

Steps To Owning A Pharmacy In Nigeria - Investment

Just to share some important but brief points on owning a RETAIL Pharmacy. What Is Retail Pharmacy? Well it is a Pharmacy that sells drugs in retails basically. They are of two types: one is hospital Pharmacy and the second is what is called Community Pharmacy. The second one represents the usual pharmacies you see around outside the hospital premises and they are what most people call Pharmacy. That's the one I'm talking about here too. Okay, now that we understand what this is about, what are the basic steps required to own a Pharmacy in Nigeria? 1. You must either be a Fully Registered Pharmacist or your partner with one. Technically, only a Pharmacist can own a Pharmacy in Nigeria. Non Pharmacists can however deal in Wholesale though you will still need a Superintendent Pharmacist to register the Pharmacy with the Pharmacists Council (PCN) If you are not a Pharmacist and you are serious (+ you have your money) I can help you get one. 2. Register your company with Corporate Affairs Commission You will need some of the documents here later. One warning I must give you is that the Pharmacist must have like 60% shares in the company otherwise you may not be able to proceed later. Your forms must be clear about who owns the Pharmacy (the Pharmacist) and who is/ are the other Director(s) 60%?! So why border then?/b] Well you should have done your feasibility studies before investing. What I can tell you is that if you have a good location you ( with your 40%) can make more money in the long run than many other retail businesses. Imagine a single Pharmacy making sales (I didn't say profit) of 1million in just one day. This is not common though; it can only happen with excellent locations and great customer service. What is commoner is 300k-500k/day in moderately good locations. You can attest to the fact that this is not bad sales volume though. It's all about location and management skills. Some Pharmacies close down mostly because of bad location and poor management (they think they don't need expert advice- especially true for pharmacists- and end up wasting their investment) 3. [b] Get a business premises (store) Great if you have your own store but if not, you need to find a way of tying down the location to go through the process of approval 4. Employ A Superintendent Pharmacist if you are not a Pharmacist [b] To save yourself from stress, experience tells me you better let your Superintendent Pharmacist be the same as the Pharmacist who is your partner. The payment for this role is however different. In fact, it's in two phases: you will pay for the License to register the Pharmacy with PCN and then the monthly salary based on agreement. It is the Superintendent Pharmacist that will register the Pharmacy with PCN. The following are the necessary steps to be taken with the assistance of the Superintendent Pharmacist (SP from now) a) Location Inspection: >The SP writes the PCN Registrar through the state office requesting for inspection location. >Payment is then made to the bank. The SP should find out current charge from your state PCN office. I will advise you start this process around June or early in December or seek local advice through the SP from the state PCN office (better) It's not yet a good system they are running at PCN. b. Collect and fill necessary forms and return them to the PCN office **The reason I said to start the process in December is that they plan for inspection the following year then so you can be among the first to be inspected in your own area (not always so anyway... lots of politics) June because it may take 6months or more to complete the process. It can save you paying for License twice before starting real business. This is not full proof. You can't be so sure how fast or slow the process will be as at now. Maybe Buhari's administration will help solve making simple processes in Nigeria so complicated.** c. [b] Set Up The Premises but DON'T STOCK YET! Once your location is approved, you may be asked to start setting up the Premises for business. You should be given some requirements- things to put in place like your shelves, fire extinguisher, Pharmacist office, A/C, Poison Box and some books. You may be asked to pay some fees at this stage to collect the requirements. The current client was asked to pay N3,000 d. Apply for Registration of Pharmacy Premises Your premises will be inspected to see if you met the requirements and you will also be asked to pay for the license and registration. The SP is the one that is involved in all this. In fact, PCN doesn't want to deal with you if you are not a Pharmacist. You don't even need to be there during all the inspections. Only the SP and the Pharmacist on the Board of Directors (if different) are expected to be seen. e. Once Registered you should receive a copy of all the documents and then go ahead with stocking and business proper. But bear in mind that each years registration ends December. If you start too early and the inspection was made, and you commence the next step, you may need to pay for registration of premises twice before commencing real business. But like I said, the process is not so predictable. Prepare for 6-8months. This also means ( if the SP is not the same as the Pharmacist on BoD) you need to be ready to be paying the Pharmacist some "salary" to "tie her/him down" till the process is completed otherwise the SP may not be available for the inspections. The short cut to all these is to buy a Pharmacy put on sale when you are ready but it comes with its own challenges too. I'll stop here for now. I hope this will be of help to someone out there.

Nigerian Ladies : See Why you Should Always Allow Your Man To Suck Your B.reast

The female bre asts are very conspicuous parts of the female s*xual features. Because they have served as the most attractive parts of the woman, many men have always craved for them but the question is on how cool it is to allow men suck the female bre asts.
The female bre asts, also known as “the twins” or “the girls”, have remained the most conspicuous and attractive feature of the female sexual organ. Perhaps, its strategic positioning and function adds to its importance in the life of a woman.
Besides the age long biological function of the bre asts as a source of food and nourishment for babies, the bre ast is also a major source of sexual attraction for the male specie, just as it is also a key sexual organ for the woman, highly sensitive to stimulation. The fact that they come in various shapes and sizes, further add to their uniqueness and endearing place in our hearts as humans.
As a se.xual organ, the bre asts have been known to give immense pleasure to both men and women during se.xual encounters. In fact, some women have reportedly disclosed that they are capable of achieving orgasm even when thoroughly stimulated through sucking and caressing of the bre asts alone. Though, because of this highly sensitive nature, some women find it very uncomfortable or even painful to submit their twin girls to constant se.xual manipulation of any kind.
Interestingly, men are constantly drawn to the bre asts. A lot of this attraction has been attributed to psychological composition, perception and beliefs. For, pray, why would a full grown man be obsessed with sucking some mounds of milkless bre asts? I don’t often get logical answers to this question when I ask. The function of the bre asts in s.exual behaviour has been attributed to human Face -to -Face copulation that is unusual among other mammals. Since the bre ast already serves the function of mother-infant bonding, then it is also excellent for male -female bonding, says an argument. After all, it is just within reach.
For those familiar with some of the social media platforms, you would have come across a particular message that has been making the rounds for a couple of years now. Purportedly attributed to the BBC as source, this message usually springs out during the cancer awareness months and in support of cancer prevention campaign. As expected, it elicits a wide range of controversies from both men and women, from humour to disdain and s.exual innuendoes, while some others believe the content hook, line and sinker. The purported message is claimed to have been issued by the Ministry of Health in the fight against bre ast cancer. One of the versions I have received read thus:
Very soon, women will be paying men to have their bre asts sucked! According to a report on BBC website, Doctors recommend that women reduce the risk of getting bre ast cancer by having their bre asts sucked thoroughly and vigorously. It is said that regular sucking of the bre ast lowers the risk level that tends to build up lumps leading to bre ast cancer. The bre ast must be sucked as often as possible. Help women fight bre ast cancer today. Men, please do your part and suck a bre ast now! And women, please endeavour to make it available regularly…… This message is from the Ministry of Health in the fight against bre ast cancer.
I have tried several times without success to get a confirmation for this story on the mentioned websites including cancer.org and some others in related fields. But perhaps, someone out there knows the original and authentic source of this message? Please share it with us!
As interesting as this message may be, as well as the different responses it receives anytime it is being passed around, depending on which side of the divide you find yourself, I am more worried about the health implications attached. Cancer is not something to make jokes out of as it claims millions of lives across the world every year. Again, some frightened lady who hitherto was not in favour of bre ast sucking may easily submit herself to torture with the belief that she is suffering for a good reason. Please, let us not confuse issues. Bre ast feeding is not the same as bre ast sucking. Bre ast feeding is the process of feeding new born and infants with bre ast milk. It is this that has been medically proven to be of immense benefit to both mother and child and can prevent br east cancer. There are no scientifically proven studies indicating that bre ast sucking is of any medical benefit to the the woman whose bre ast is being sucked or the person doing the sucking.
However, what has been scientifically proven is the fact that bre ast sucking when properly performed is of immense pleasure to the woman and may sometime on its own lead to orgasm or when combined with some other forms of se.xual stimulation will help a woman to achieve orgasm quicker. Again, neither has any research shown that sucking can give a woman cancer.
So ladies, please relax and allow your guys do the job for you. if you are not enjoying the way he is doing it, tell him. I can assure you, it’s a win-win situation.

why Single People Need Life Insurance why Single People Need Life Insurance

Many people make the assumption that life insurance is for married couples and those with kids. While it is true that not all single people need life insurance, there are a number of reasons when it can make (really) good sense.
You have student loan debt. Many people assume that your debt dies with you, but that’s not always the case. While the loans through the federal government are discharged (aka forgiven) if you were to die, personal loans that have a cosigner are generally not. That means if your parents, for example, co-signed your student loan through a bank, they would be responsible for paying the rest of the loan if something happened to you. There are instances when the bank has called for the loan to be paid in full immediately following a death. You don’t want to leave your parents dealing with grief and loan payments.

What is Private Mortgage Insurance? (PMI)

Several factors influence where mortgage rates trend over time, including the U.S. Federal Reserve’s asset purchases, housing demand and the secondary market for mortgage-backed securities. But the largest driver of getting the best mortgage rate is still in your control.
